1. Clean and dry: Wash your dentures thoroughly and dry them completely before applying the cream. Make sure the nozzle and cap are also dry to prevent clogging. (If the tip clogs, use a pin to reopen it).2. Apply the cream: Dispense the adhesive in thin continuous lines or short strips. Do not apply the cream too close to the edges of the denture to avoid oozing.3. Insert and hold: Rinse your mouth, place the denture into your mouth, press it firmly into place, and hold or bite down briefly for about 5 seconds to secure the hold.4. Frequency: Apply once daily. If you find yourself needing to apply it multiple times a day, consult your dentist as your dentures may be ill-fitting.(Note: If adhesive oozes out onto your gums or teeth, you have used too much)
