Apply amount: Squeeze an appropriate amount onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Brush thoroughly: Brush all sensitive areas of your teeth and gums for at least 1 to 2 minutes.
Spit out: Spit the foam out thoroughly after brushing. Do not swallow the toothpaste.
Limit rinsing: Avoid rinsing your mouth out immediately with large amounts of water so that the active ingredients (like potassium nitrate and sodium fluoride) can stay on your teeth and continue working.
