Rinse your denture under clean water.
Place one tablet into a glass or denture pot along with your denture.
Fill the glass with warm water to completely cover the denture. Do not use boiling water straight from the kettle, as this can damage the denture.
Soak for 3 minutes to let the effervescent action clean the denture.
Brush and rinse the denture thoroughly in water before putting it back into your mouth.
Discard the solution and rinse out the glass after use.
Frequency: For best results, use twice daily.
