How To Use

TWO OSTEOCARE TABLETS PER DAY, PLUS ONE OMEGA-3 CAPSULE PER DAY.


Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. Take on a full stomach.

Omega-3 & Soy Isoflavones Capsule Ingredients: Omega-3 Fish Oil (Antioxidant: Mixed Tocopherols) (from Fish), Capsule Shell (Pharmaceutical Grade Gelatin [Halal Bovine Source], Glycerol, Natural Flavouring Lemon Oil, Colours [Copper Chlorophyll & Iron Oxide]), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Soy Isoflavones (from Soya), Vegetable Fat (Palm Oil, Shea Oil, Sunflower Lecithin), Beeswax Yellow, Sunflower Lecithin, Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol).
