How To Use

1. Prepare: Wash and thoroughly dry your hands before you begin. If trimming excessive length, use nail clippers first.

2. Choose the Side:

• Use the coarse side only if you are working on acrylic or gel extensions.

• Use the medium side for general shaping of the free edge.

3. Position the File: Hold the board slightly angled or parallel to the side of the nail (not jammed straight down into the skin).

4. File in One Direction: Move the file smoothly from the outer corner towards the center of the nail using light-to-moderate pressure. Avoid a aggressive back-and-sawing motion, which frays and weakens the keratin layers.

5. Finish Up: Check for symmetry on both sides, dust off the loose debris, and apply a nourishing cuticle oil.
