• Prep your teeth: Ensure your teeth are clean and dry before applying the gel.• Dispense the gel: Twist the base of the pen until a small amount of gel appears on the soft brush applicator. (Note: First-time use may require twisting the base several times, up to about 20 times, until the product flows).• Apply to teeth: Gently brush a thin layer of the gel onto the front surface of your teeth. Avoid applying the gel directly to your gums.• Wait: Leave the gel on your teeth for 5 minutes.• Rinse: After 5 minutes, rinse the gel away thoroughly with water
