Product Information: Sona Omega 3 provides Omega 3 Fatty Acids, EPA and DHA, which cannot be made efficiently by the body and so should be obtained from the diet.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. When combined in a daily intake of 250mg, EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
How To Use: Take ONE capsule per day with the main meal or as directed by your health professional.
