Take TWO capsules at least 30 minutes before a meal and TWO capsules shortly after a meal or as directed. Severe flatulence: Take FIVE capsules at least 30 minutes before a meal and FIVE capsules shortly after. Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully. Swallow with water. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. IMPORTANT: Take TWO hours before or TWO hours after taking any prescription medication or vitamin mineral supplement.
