Triple Strength Omega-3, is Solgar’s highest concentration of the natural Omega-3; the good fat that nourishes the whole body, supporting a healthy heart.

Good fats, or Omega-3 fatty acids as they are known, are essential fatty acids. They are called essential as the body is not able to make them and we rely on the foods we eat. The best dietary sources of EPA and DHA omega-3s include salmon, anchovies, herring, sardines, Pacific oysters, trout, and Atlantic and Pacific mackerel. Triple Strength Omega-3 consists of the most important types of Omega-3, EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). Both EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, eyes and brain.

How To Use

As a food supplement for adults, two (2) softgels daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use. Store at room temperature. Do not use if outer bottle seal is missing or damaged.
