• Prep the Brush: Wet the soft, round-ended nylon bristles with water.• Apply Toothpaste: Add a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste (preferably a sensitive-care formula like Sensodyne).• Brush Gently: Use light, circular motions across the front and chewing surfaces of your teeth to remove plaque without irritating exposed dentine or gums. Use gentle vertical strokes for hard-to-reach or back areas using the small dome-shaped head.• Clean and Rinse: Rinse your mouth and the toothbrush thoroughly with water after brushing
To protect sensitive teeth we recommend twice daily use of a Sensodyne toothpaste.
Warnings:
Children under 6 years should be supervised during brushing
Do not allow bristles or toothbrush to be chewed
It is recommended that toothbrushes are replaced every 3 months
