How To Use

Adults and children over 16 years - 2 tablets 20 minutes before bedtime.

Children 12 to 15 years - 1 tablet 20 minutes before bedtime.

Do not use for longer than 7 days.

Not to be used in children under 12 years.

Do not use in pregnancy or breast feeding.

Contains paracetamol, do not use other paracetamol products along with this.

Active Ingredients

Contains Paracetamol 500mg, diphenhydramine HCL 25mg and lactose.
