How To Use

Adults & 12+ year olds:

Dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml of water. Drink before, during and after exercise.

Do not exceed 2 tablets per day.

Active Ingredients

Dextrose Monohydrate (Glucose Syrup); Citric Acid; Acidity Regulator [Sodium Bicarbonate]; Magnesium Carbonate; Potassium Chloride; Sodium Chloride; Mixed Berry Flavouring; Colour (Beetroot Juice Concentrate); Anti-Caking Agent (Maize Starch); Sweetener (Sucralose); Cholecalciferol (Sucrose, Acacia, Corn Starch, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Silicon Dioxide, Vitamin D3, DL-Alpha-Tocopherol); Riboflavin. For allergens see ingredients in bold.
