O.R.S Hydration Tablets add a low-calorie (17 kcal) mix of electrolytes that hydrates you faster and keeps you hydrated for longer than water alone.

How To Use

• For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water and drink. 
• 3-6 years drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips.
• Sports & Exercise, dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml water. Drink before, during and after exercise.
