Nytol one a night is used to relieve temporary sleeping difficulties.
Swallow one tablet with water 20 minutes before you go to bed.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Not to be used in children under 16 years.
Do not use if you are pregnant, breast feeding or using prescribed medication.
Each tablet contains diphenydramine 50mg and lactose.
