How To Use

Unlock the pump: Twist the pump spout counterclockwise (or to the right/left depending on the arrow) until it pops up. If it is stuck, firmly hold the base of the collar while twisting.

Dispense: Press down on the pump to release a dollop of lotion into your palm.

Warm it up: Rub your hands together to warm the lotion slightly.

Massage in: Apply using gentle circular motions, working from your neck down or across your arms, legs, and torso.
