How To Use

When you would normally smoke a cigarette or experience a craving, use 1–2 sprays.

Start with one spray. If your craving does not disappear within a few minutes, use a second spray. If two sprays are required, future doses may be taken as two consecutive sprays.

Do not use more than 2 sprays at a time or 4 sprays per hour.

When using the spray, point the nozzle towards your open mouth and hold it as close to your mouth as possible. Press the top of the dispenser firmly to release one spray into your mouth, avoiding the lips.

For best results, do not swallow for a few seconds after spraying and do not eat or drink while administering the spray.
