How To Use

1. Remove the cap and safety clip from the spray bottle.
2. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping the head upright.
3. Press down firmly and quickly on the pump to release the gel spray.
4. Repeat in the other nostril if needed.
5. Replace the cap and safety clip after use.
