Clean your nose: Wash your nose with soap and water, then dry it completely.
Make sure your skin has no oils, makeup, or cream.Position the strip: Remove the protective backing. Center the strip right over the middle of your nose bridge. The flexible part should rest just above where your nostrils flare out.
Secure the strip: Press the strip down and rub outward toward the ends so it sticks well. Hold it in place for 20 seconds
