Clean hands: Wash your hands thoroughly before and after touching the wound or plaster.
Clean the wound: Gently wash the cut or graze and the surrounding skin, removing any dirt or debris.
Dry the skin: Pat the area completely dry with a clean cloth or gauze so the adhesive can stick properly.
Remove the wrapper: Take an individual plaster out of its protective wrapper.
Apply the plaster: Peel off the plastic backing, center the absorbent non-stick pad directly over the wound, and press the fabric edges down firmly without stretching.
