Open and prepare: Check that the packaging is undamaged, then tear open the sachet and take out the dressing.
Apply the dressing: Lay the 5cm x 5cm dressing gently and smoothly right across the burn site.
Add extra gel: Squeeze any leftover cooling gel from the inside of the sachet straight onto the top of the dressing.
Do not rub: Never rub or massage the gel into the burned skin.
Secure if needed: Leave the area uncovered or lightly secure the dressing in place using a loose conforming bandage.
