How To Use

Step-by-Step Instructions

• Unwrap the pad: Remove the pad from its individual wrapper. Save the wrapper or a piece of tissue for later disposal.
• Expose the adhesive: Peel off the paper backing from the bottom of the pad to reveal the sticky adhesive strip.
• Position the pad: Place the pad sticky-side down right in the center of your underwear gusset. Position the longer or thicker end toward the back of your underwear for better overnight and heavy-flow coverage.
• Press to secure: Press the pad firmly onto the fabric so it stays flat and does not shift. (Note: Kotex Maxi Super pads are typically wingless, so you do not need to wrap any flaps around the sides.)
• Change regularly: Replace the pad every 4 to 6 hours—or sooner if your flow is heavy—to stay clean and comfortable.
• Dispose properly: To remove a used pad, peel it off your underwear, roll it up tightly, and wrap it in toilet paper or a new pad wrapper. Throw it away in a rubbish bin. Never flush pads down the toilet.
