How To Use

To maximise the iron absorption, take Floradix tablets on an empty stomach, approx. 30 minutes or more before a meal or 2 hours after.

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet, twice daily. 30 mins before a meal, with liquid.

Children 3–12 years: 1 tablet daily

Active Ingredients

Yeast Extract, Rice Starch, Herbal Extract (16%) from: Spinach Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Carrot Root, Fennel Fruit, Centaury Herb. Ferrous Gluconate (Iron), Glazing Agent; Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose; Rosehip Concentrate (4%), L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Anti-Caking Agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose; Colour: Sulphite Ammonia Caramel; Anti-Caking Agents: Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Salts, of Fatty Acids. Fatty Acids; Glazing Agents: Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Isomalt; Nicotinamide (Niacin), Colour: Concentrates of Apple, Blackcurrant, Radish; Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Thiamin Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Thickener: Gum Arabic; Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid (Folic Acid), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).
