Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto a wet toothbrush.
Brush thoroughly in circular motions covering all tooth surfaces and along the gum line.
Brush for two minutes at least twice a day (or as directed by your dentist).
Spit out the toothpaste after brushing and avoid swallowing.
