• Apply toothpaste: Put a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste onto the medium bristles.
• Angle the brush: Place the toothbrush against your teeth at a 45-degree angle pointing toward the gumline. The floss-tip bristles and high-density tufting are designed to reach deeper along the gumline and between teeth.
• Use gentle motions: Move the brush in short, gentle circular or sweeping strokes away from the gumline. Avoid pressing too hard, even though the brush features medium bristles and high-density center pads to polish and disrupt plaque.
• Activate the foam: As you brush, the over 5,000 high-density bristles will create a rapid foaming action to help deliver and disperse toothpaste ingredients deeper into hard-to-reach areas.
• Clean all surfaces:
• Brush the outer and inner surfaces of your upper and lower teeth.
• Use a back-and-forth scrubbing motion on the flat chewing surfaces of your back teeth.
• Gently brush your tongue to remove odor-causing bacteria.
• Time your brush: Spend two minutes total (about 30 seconds per quadrant of your mouth).
• Finish up: Spit out the excess toothpaste, and avoid rinsing immediately with lots of water so the active ingredients have time to protect your teeth
