An essential part of any bedtime routine, Magnesium Sleep Body Lotion combines Zechstein magnesium chloride and essential oils lavender and chamomile, to promote a relaxing effect on the body when massaged into the skin.

The lotion has been specially formulated to relax tired muscles, slow sensory activity and quieten the mind, allowing for a deeper and more sustained sleep cycle.

When massaged onto the skin before bed, BetterYou Zechstein Magnesium commences absorption immediately and promotes a relaxing effect on the body.

How To Use

Gently massage 5ml (4 pumps) of the lotion onto clean, dry skin up to 30 minutes before sleep. 5ml of the magnesium lotion delivers 150mg (43% NRV) magnesium.

After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption. Suitable for use all over the body. Focus on areas such as the neck, shoulders and legs. Keep out of children’s reach.
