How To Use

Initial use:

Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing

Shake well before every use

Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds

Replace the cap after use

Dosage:

Adults: Use 4 sprays a day, taken together or separately

Half dose to be used under 12 years

Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays

Water, diluent (xylitol), glycerin, niacinamide (vitamin B3), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), preservative (potassium sorbate), riboflavin 5-phosphate (vitamin B2), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), natural flavourings (peach, plum and raspberry), folic acid (vitamin B9), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), acidity regulator (sodium hydroxide), D-biotin (vitamin B7).

Free from:

Sugar, synthetic colours and flavourings, bulking agents/fillers, dairy, gluten & wheat, and soy.

Concentration:

4 sprays = 0.28mg B1, 0.35mg B2, 8mg B3, 4.5mg B5, 2.8mg B6, 50µg Biotin (B7), 200µg Folic acid (B9), 100µg B12.
