Product Information: This product is good for Bones, Skin, Hair and Nails. Provides 500mg of the essential amino acid L-lysine. Amino acids are used by the body to form proteins, which are required for biological functions and cell structures. L-lysine is of particular importance to those eating a vegetarian or vegan diet.
How To Use: As a food supplement take one to six tablets daily on an empty stomach or with food. Swallow with water.
