GLA is an omega 6 essential fatty acid that must be obtained from the diet.
Evening Primrose Oil (providing 10% GLA), Capsule Shell (gelatin, glycerin), Vitamin E (from soya).
How To Use: Take one 1000mg capsule two or three times daily with food, or up to six 500mg capsules daily with food. Swallow with water.
